day after drinking feel very nauseous....what to do?

Pasquale Pollet: Anything that is clear for your first time!Remember.... beer before liquor never been sicker, liquor before beer you are in the clear!

Jasper Mangel: something that will inprove your spelling BEFORE you drink it !! Try Absenth, that makes you think you can do anything well ,. .even breath

Leif Serabia: Pepto Bismal

Kenneth Queener: Whiskey and Jagermeister..... after a few of those, you will be set for life. Dont mix your alcohol and beers those, just drink one or the other when you go out and drink. The worst hangovers come from drinking both.

Denna Prudente: Rest and drink a lot of water.

Galen Gowers: lemon juice

Elsie Resner: Well no, long as you don't get wasted. If you drink a small amount, and you don't drink and drive, that's not bad. But be careful, because this can only lead to becoming an alcoholic! So go to a help group and try to get some help to quit, because you should be able to control yourself when drin! king.

Linwood Mccory: no...I drink every weekend...as long as it doesnt interfere with your job or driving...youre fine....

Brock Hladik: not terrible, your just addicted to relaxation;D

Kara Tabian: you really shouldn't drink but something without alot of liquor or you will be throwing up and get a hangover Alabama slammer they go down smooth but only drink a few because you cant taste the liquor and tend to drink to many then it is too late

Rebeca Mckin: Drinking what?

Wilfredo Muldoon: There is only one prevention, after you have had a drink.Drink water before bed, add rehydration salts if you want, and put a glass of it by your bed.If you need to get up in the night (to pee or because you are thirsty) then drink the water and refill it when it is empty....Show more

Frederick Mccoach: Honestly, it's not as bad as it could be. It would be super bad if you were getting wasted every weekend, or if you drank even when you were at home or a! lone. At this point, yes, it's becoming a problem but nip it i! n the bud before it gets any worse.

Davida Gisriel: Generally addiction is classified as something that you cave into and don't have much control over and affects you adversely. If you were in my circle of friends or in my family I'd either try to help you or stop hanging out with you depending on how far gone I thought you were. Pull yourself together girl.

Rayford Speziale: Drink water, gatorade, sleep and eat some greasy food.. It works for me every time. But take ! your time eating it.

Vickie Clampett: A LOT OF WATER AND TAKE TUMS FOR ANTACID AND THEN!! GO TO A.A AND GET HELP FOR ALCOHOLISM

Gregory Dilg: Straight whiskey. That'll keep you off it for a while.

Veta Slicker: I found it amazing to just drink a pint of water when I come in before bed, and once in a couple of months maybe even a donner kebab with a chunk of chili sauce... last night I came in feeling to get sick everywhere, I was dizzy, I drank a pint of water went sleep and woke up normal. It's because your body needs water to break up the alcohol and if there's a shortage it sucks from the brain.. causing the split headache.

Elden Dedon: suffer dude there is no cure

Cortez Badolato: I try really hard, but I cave every w! eekend. I don't get wasted, but I HAVE to drink every weekend. Is that! bad?

Azzie Trembly: You are what is know as a 5 o'clock alcoholic, or in your case a weekend alcoholic. You should consider getting help now before it gets worse.

Felicitas Phildor: Drink slow.Drink some water especially before bed.Eat a bacon sandwich before going to bed.Do not drink too much.

Heidi Creselious: try 20 ounces Vodka and a splash of ginger ale. Call the paramedics in the morning

Will Camus: Hello Bro..Here's a couple of suggestion on how to prevent hangover..hope it helps..cheers!A hangover is the name given to the unpleasant aftereffects of drinking too much alcohol. While a lucky 25%-30% of drinkers are naturally resistant to experiencing hangovers, the rest of you might want to know how to prevent or cure a hangover. Here's a look at what causes a hangover and some effective hangover remedies. Prevent a Hangover:The only sure way to prevent a han! gover is to avoid drinking. While you may not be able to totally prevent a hangover, drinking a lot of water or other rehydrating drink will go a long way toward preventing or lessening most hangover symptoms.Hangover RemediesIf drinking water didn't help you out enough or it's too later and you're already suffering, there are some potentially beneficial remedies. * Drink Water: You'll feel miserable until you are rehydrated. Water is an excellent choice. So is orange juice, unless your stomach is too upset to handle it. * Eat Something Simple: Eggs contain cysteine, which may help combat hangover symptoms. Milk is more food than water, but it serves to rehydrate you while supplying calcium, which may ease your misery. * Sodium Bicarbonate: Try a spoonful of baking soda in water to help quell the queasiness. * Exercise: It raises your metabolic rate, which helps you clear toxins. Exercise helps you deliver oxygen to your cells, which can increase the speed at wh! ich you detoxify harmful compounds. * Oxygen: Supplemental oxygen is! another way to speed up detoxification, without having to exercise. * Vitamin B1 or Thiamine: Helps prevent the buildup of glutarate in the brain, which may be associated with part of the headache associated with a hangover. Other B vitamins are depleted when you drink, so taking a B vitamin complex may be beneficial. Hangover Don'tWhile it may be alright to take a couple of aspirin to deal with a hangover, don't take a couple of acetaminophen (Tylenol) tablets. Alcohol with acetaminophen is a recipe for potentially lethal liver damage....Show more

Cyndy Grimes: Vitamin B12 is the best to relive and prevent headaches and hangovers. You can take it before you start drinking and when you get home. Alcohol depleats your vitamin stores and causes headaches. You need to take somewhere around 10,000 percent at a time. You cannot over dose on b12, your body will just flush out what is can't use. Secondly, when drinking vodka, to prevent headaches and hangovers drink the ! vodka thatis distilled the most times. This means usually the most expensive vodka you can afford. Vodka has impurities in it have are taken out in the distilling process. The most times it is distilled the less impurities it has. The impurities are the reason for the headache but not the hangover. Drink vodka that is atleast four times distilled. Simply if you don't want a headache, don't drink well vodka. Look for vodkas that don't have a smell to them, if they smell like rubbing alcohol it probably is. Examples: (from least expensive to most) Hood River 2x (don't drink this)basically rubbing alcohol McCormicks 2x (don't drink this) Sky 3x (don't drink this) Bernetts 4x (this is the cheapest for 4x) Absolut 4x Three Olives 4x Belvedere 5x Grey Goose 6x...Show more

Ervin Laeger: Drink LOTS of water.
