Mark Villifana: It actually depends...if you are using the internet to play dumb game or look up thing that are non important or just plain crazy then I would say that it is making you dumber the longer you stay on it & do the same thing over & over day after day...but if you are using it for studies or to get tasks done or lokking up something you want to know abouyt then it is making you smarter. But it actually depends on how a person uses their internet.
