Spencer Heidtbrink: Art is different to Graffiti by its association.People see art as beautiful works of self expression where as they view Graffiti as selfish acts of vandalism. Graffiti is now an art form that is being widely recognised but still will not quite reach the standard that society has given to other forms of art. People are what make art. Without people their would be no such thing, art would not exist. Its the same for why is Art art. Because we have made it that way. Some graffiti can be intended to be art, some can be intended to be propaganda, hate-speech, and more. Graffiti art however is the largest art movement ever just from pure numbers.
