WHY DOES THE TOTAL FAT NOT ADD UP RIGHT ON THE NUTRITION LABEL?

Okay, so I am datum this aggregation on fats, carbohydrates, and proteins. But, when I am hunting at whatever of the nutrition labels on products I hit at home, they don’t add up. For example, a collection of Uncle Ben’s land Style rice has the mass fruitful perturbation on the nutrition label:

Total Fat 4g
Saturated Fat 0g
Trans Fat 0g

So does that stingy every 4 grams of fruitful become from Polyunsaturated and Monounsaturated fats? And if so, ground aren’t they traded there?
